Production process
From raw material to dispatch
- Step 01
Raw material intake
Cement, aggregates, and polymer additives are received and staged by workshop, with batch records kept for traceability.
- Step 02
Automated batching
Formulation recipes are loaded into the Siemens control system, which meters raw materials by weight for each production run.
- Step 03
Siemens-controlled mixing
Four automated lines mix each batch under continuous process monitoring, keeping formulation parameters consistent across runs.
- Step 04
Packaging & dispatch
Finished product is packed in 20–40 kg bags according to product specification, then staged for coordinated dispatch.
